1. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

2. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment at no cost with 24 hours notice. Last-minute changes are subject to availability.

3. No-show

If the team arrives at the property and cannot enter, a visit fee may apply.

4. Changes by Grenbee

In exceptional cases, Grenbee may need to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you right away to coordinate a new date.
